These Terms govern access to and use of CamboPost. By using CamboPost, you agree to use the service lawfully and only with accounts, Pages, content, and other assets you are authorized to manage.

1. Authorized use

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights, permissions, and authority necessary for any account, Page, content, media, link, or publishing action performed through CamboPost.

2. Third-party platforms

CamboPost may integrate with Meta/Facebook and other services. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms, policies, API restrictions, permissions, and availability.

3. Prohibited activity

• Unauthorized access to accounts, Pages, systems, or data.
• Spam, fraud, deceptive activity, abuse, or unlawful content distribution.
• Attempts to bypass third-party platform restrictions or security controls.
• Use of CamboPost in a way that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights.

4. Service availability

Features may change, become unavailable, or be limited by third-party APIs, platform policy changes, maintenance, or technical issues. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

5. User content

You retain responsibility for content you upload, prepare, or publish. You grant CamboPost only the rights reasonably necessary to process that content for the features you request.

6. Account security

You are responsible for protecting your credentials and connected accounts and for promptly disconnecting access that is no longer authorized.

7. Disclaimer

CamboPost is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Third-party platform behavior and API access are outside CamboPost’s direct control.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
